Help Me Grow can provide services that promote children's growth and development and support families during their children's early years. 
This program is for Fulton County's expectant parents, newborns, infants, and toddlers.  Help Me Grow provides health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. 

WE ARE HERE to answer your questions and to help you find the many Fulton County resources available to assist families.  We look forward to hearing from you!
